Are these products for human use?
No. All products are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, and we cannot provide dosing, administration or usage guidance of any kind.
Who can purchase?
Purchasers must be 21 or older and must confirm at checkout that they are acquiring products for legitimate research purposes. We may cancel any order that suggests otherwise.
How do I verify purity?
Each product page links the Certificate of Analysis for the current lot. You can also browse every published COA in our COA library and match it to the lot number printed on your vial.
How are products shipped and stored?
Peptides ship lyophilized in sealed vials with insulated packaging. On arrival, store them as indicated on the product page, typically at -20°C away from light and moisture.
What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of research materials, opened products cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.
